Human
resources, compensation and benefits, employee recruitment, employee
recruitment, performance management, training, organization and dealing with
people, and issues such as development and culture, are an organizational
function that is recommended for senior employees who influence employees.
Develop financial, planning, and performance decisions for people in your
organization. It stems from the term human resources: employees go beyond the
management of employees, pay employees, and provide them as employees in the
field.
Human resources are people who make up the organization, the business
sector or the economic workforce. “Human capital” is sometimes synonymous with
“human resources,” but human capital usually refers to narrower impacts (ie,
information contained in individuals and economic growth). Similarly, sometimes
other terms are manpower, talent, labor, employees or just people.
The HR
manager is responsible for many tasks related to his or her work. His tasks
include planning, recruiting and selecting, posting job postings, evaluating
employee performance, arranging resumes and job applications, scheduling
interviews and assistance processes, and providing back-office controls.
Another task is to participate in welfare services, such as vacation and sick
time, review checklists and statement reconciliations, and approve payment
invoices.
The HR department is also responsible for coordinating employee
relationship activities and programs, including but not limited to employee
consulting. The final job is regular maintenance to ensure that current HR
documents and databases are up-to-date, maintaining employee benefits and
employment status, and paying for wages/benefits.
