Request teams and maintenance teams

This page will have a list of all of the Maintenance keywords you've defined. Click the Form button, as seen in the image above, to create a maintenance team. An empty field for creating new Maintenance Teams will appear, as seen below.
To add the Team name Team members and select the company, click on the Empty area. After you've finished configuring the Team, press the SAVE button, and it will be stored and displayed on the Maintenance module dashboard.
Creating and maintaining Equipment categories can aid in the efficient management of various types of equipment. To establish and manage equipment categories, go to the Configuration tab on the maintenance module's dashboard and select Equipment Categories from the drop-down menu. This page will provide a list of all of the Equipment categories that have been created. To establish a new Equipment category, click the CREATE button, which will take you to a configuration screen similar to the one shown below.

You can choose a person to be in charge of the Equipment category and choose a company from the Company drop-down menu. Click the external link button next to the fields below for more settings about the Responsible Person and the Company.

To create a new Maintenance request, go to this page and click the CREATE button. You can construct a new request from the preceding, as illustrated below.
You can specify the reason for the Maintenance request here, in the Request field. After that, add the name of the individual who created the demand as well as the team for which the person works. When you select the Equipment field, a drop-down choice of Equipment appears, as seen below.

To update the Maintenance process, drag the request to different phases.
Calendar of scheduled maintenance
The maintenance calendar can be found under the Maintenance tab on the Dashboard of the maintenance module. The Maintenance calendar will appear after you select it from the drop-down option, as seen below.
All maintenance requests, along with their due dates, will be displayed here. The calendar can be adjusted to Daily, Week, Month, and Year. If you click on any of the dates on this page, a tab will appear that allows you to enter new maintenance requests, as seen below.
To create maintenance requests on a certain date, click the CRETE button.
Maintenance requests can be filtered using the advanced filtering option. The Filter tab, as seen below, gives you access to the filtering choices.
