Implement Odoo Helpdesk Ticket

Odoo Helpdesk > Configuration > Ticket Subject

Choose the Name of the Subject and click Save.

Create Odoo Helpdesk Team

Odoo Helpdesk > Configuration > Helpdesk Team

Write one or two paragraphs describing your product or services.
To be successful your content needs to be useful to your readers.

Start with the customer – find out what they want and give it to them.

Select the Team Leader, and create the team name. You can also keep, or select, the team as the default.

Odoo Helpdesk is integrated with different Apps in Odoo ERP System. It's connected to Odoo Website, Odoo Lice Chat, CRM, and many other Apps provided by Odoo ERP System.

Helpdesk > Helpdesk Ticket

To check the tickets generated by Odoo Website.

Fill in the required details, in order to register for a ticket.

Click Submit.

After submitting the ticket. You will receive an Odoo Ticket number on the website.

This signifies that the ticket has been reserved for the ticket holders and that the ticket holder is awaiting a response.
