Select the Team Leader, and create the team name. You can also keep, or select, the team as the default.
Odoo Helpdesk is integrated with different Apps in Odoo ERP System. It's connected to Odoo Website, Odoo Lice Chat, CRM, and many other Apps provided by Odoo ERP System.

To check the tickets generated by Odoo Website.

Fill in the required details, in order to register for a ticket.
After submitting the ticket. You will receive an Odoo Ticket number on the website.
This signifies that the ticket has been reserved for the ticket holders and that the ticket holder is awaiting a response.
