Make an Equipment Category.

Before beginning maintenance, we must first construct an equipment category.

Let's see how it goes. We have a Configuration menu in the Maintenance module, underneath which we can discover Equipment Categories. 

To create the category, we just select the CREATE option. We may put in the specifics such as category name, personnel responsible, and firm name here. 

Form a Maintenance Team.

To create a maintenance team, return to settings and select the Maintenance Teams option.
In this case, we must provide an option for the purpose.

Created by: The individual who makes the request

Select between corrective and preventive maintenance.


Production order: In the event that a machine fails while the manufacturing process is in operation, ad MO


Teams: The maintenance team provides specifics.

Then Go to Operations> Manufacturing Order.

When we open the MO, we can see the Maintenance request option. 

Work Order Maintenance Request

We may submit maintenance requests via the work order, which is located underneath the Operations menu.

On the far right, there is a symbol. We'll receive a page if we click on this. The page's menu allows us to submit maintenance requests. When we click on it, we are sent to the same maintenance request form. 

Work Center Maintenance Request

The work centers in the Manufacturing module may be found in the Overview. All of the work centers may be found there.

Three dots may be found in each work center. When we click on it, we will be presented with a number of alternatives, one of which is maintenance.
